Are these physical or digital products?
Most items in the current catalog are digital. The delivery format is shown on each product. Many products download right after checkout: you go straight to a download page that works for 30 days. Anything else is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, usually within 24 hours. Each product page says which applies.
Where do I pay?
Checkout on this site is handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details. After payment, almost every product downloads right away. Anything else is emailed to you, usually within 24 hours. Many of the same products are also available in our Etsy shop if you prefer to buy there.
Who publishes the books?
Books in the storefront are published under J. Tate Publishing.
Why does a product say “Coming Soon”?
It is part of the catalog but does not yet have a verified live checkout link. We show it without a purchase button rather than sending customers to an incomplete listing.
Do digital purchases include support?
Support and delivery terms vary by product and are shown in the product description. For items purchased through Etsy, the Etsy listing is the controlling description.
